Can anyone do it? Is it good for beginners?

 
Anyone can do it!! It is good for all levels and beginners! You can always modify if anything feels too hard or up your intensity to make to more challenging of desired!
 

Do I have to watch the videos live? Or can I watch at any time?

 
You will have a log in to watch the videos from the Yoga-Abs website so you can watch them at any time!! You can make them part of your morning or evening routine, lunch break, or even add them on to you existing workouts.
 

It is a monthly fee or one time fee?

 
The Yoga-Abs program is a one time fee of $29.99 and includes access to all the videos, resources, and Yoga-Abs challenge.
 

How do I watch the videos? And do they expire?

 
You will have a log in to watch the videos from the Yoga-Abs website so you can play them on your phone, tablet, computer, or even stream them to your smart TV! The classes do not expire and you have continual access to them.
 

Are the classes hard?

 
The classes are good for all levels and beginners! You can always modify if anything feels too hard or up your intensity to make to more challenging of desired!
 

How many classes do I get and how long are they?

 
The program comes with 31 classes so you can do a new one each day of the month if you wish, and because they’re quick ( Under 15 minutes each) you can fit them in your day easily. They will also will leave you feeling relaxed at the end and not like you’ve beat up your body even though they are challenging!!
 

Do I have to start the yoga challenge on a specific day?

 
The Yoga-Abs Challenge is designed it for you to do one class each day for 30 days. There are 31 classes, so you can do a different one each day of the month. You can start with number one and just work through from there or if you don’t want to have to remember which number you’re on you could always do the class that’s the same number as the date. For example If you start the challenge on the 14th, you could do class number 14.
